The client of Eligo Partners is a company providing business support services in the international trade market. We invite an experienced and motivated Event Team Assistant to join our growing team. We offer 0.5 full-time employment, with the possibility of full-time employment after the trial period.
Primary responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including gift wrapping, finding performers, selecting suppliers;
- Help the team create event and training materials, such as invitations, presentations;
- Manage event registration processes and maintain participant databases;
- Organize travel and accommodation for event staff and guests;
- Assist with on-site events, including preparation, execution and clean-up;
- Perform post-event tasks such as gathering feedback, preparing reports and managing inventory.
Requirements
- Studies related to event management, marketing or a similar field;
- Experience in event planning or coordination (advantage);
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office and/or Canva;
- Attention to details and creative thinking;
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team;
- Good knowledge of English.
