Nature of work

Momentai Events is looking for an organized project manager for the smooth planning and execution of company events. If you have event project management, excellent communication skills, and work in a dynamic environment motivates you - we invite you to apply and become part of our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Organize and supervise events - starting with the idea and ending with the actual implementation of the project
  • Finding out the customer's needs, making estimates according to the needs and the expected budget
  • Preparing and presenting offers to customers
  • Coordination of details with the customer and program participants, drawing up the program and script
  • Implementation of the event program (coordination of the organizing team, program participants, technicians, caterers, etc.)
  • Cooperate with service providers
  • Post-event analysis, invoicing, final estimates.

Employee requirements

  • You have spent at least 1 year in the world of events: in a state institution or organization, in a private company
  • You are able to organize an event from A to Z
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate ideas fluently, maintain communication and relationship with external partners/interviewers
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian
  • General knowledge of the principles of business operation, desire to learn about the market, curiosity and willingness to delve into the topics of organized events
  • Activity, communication, desire to communicate and receive information
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Creativity, interest in modern event culture
  • Possibility to work on Saturdays during events.
