Job description:
- ensuring high-level and restaurant-standard guest service;
- team formation, induction and motivation of new employees;
- effective distribution and control of work for the team;
- creation and control of the work schedule for service personnel;
- preparation of reports.
Requirements:
- successful, at least 2 years of managerial work experience in a restaurant;
- communication skills - the ability to communicate with the team and restaurant guests;
- knowledge of service standards;
- focus on results, analytical thinking;
- good oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- knowledge of wines;
- good computer skills (cash register, MS Excel programs)
