- Work experience as a bartender;
- Orientation to the guest, his needs and the high quality of the drinks provided;
- Honesty, organization, responsibility, communication, helpfulness;
- Excellent teamwork skills;
- Knowledge of hygiene norms, rules of good practice;
- Knowledge of foreign languages (advantage);
- Good mood and a big smile.
