Nature of work
Organization of the work of directly subordinate employees according to the standard of guest service and work order rules;
Preparation and ensuring quality service at bespoke events (banquets, buffets, etc.);
Teamwork with waiters and kitchen staff (allocation of work, scheduling, supervision, team building and motivation);
Ensuring high service standards;
Responsible and prompt performance of goals and assigned tasks;
Communication with suppliers, ordering bar goods;
Performing settlements, issuing invoices, filling out documentation, administration of cash books;
Active sales;
Communication with hotel guests during their stay, by phone and e-mail. by mail;
Ensuring cleanliness and order in the restaurant premises.

Similar work experience (advantage);
Ability to work flexible work schedule/weekends;
Excellent customer service and communication skills;
Diligence and attention to detail, responsibility, desire to improve;
Good knowledge of English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
Skills of working with Nsoft programs (advantage).
