You will be responsible for:

Restaurant management and successful operation.
Formation of a team of employees, work organization and control, education and motivation.
Quality assurance of employees' work.
Coordination and quality assurance of the supply, safe storage and production process of food products.
Timely and attentive filling of documents required for activities, preparation of reports.
Professional guest service and fulfillment of the team's qualitative goals.
Analyzing customer flows and making offers.
Improvement of the menu, ensuring the financial results of the department's activities.
Implementation of a coordinated marketing action plan.
Initiation, development and implementation of standards for restaurant operations and guest service.
Ensuring the smooth and efficient daily work of the restaurant.

You have at least 5 years of successful management experience in the catering sector.
You know the production processes.
You are able to organize effective team work, be demanding about the quality of employees' work.
You quickly orientate yourself in various situations, you achieve the goal by combining different interests.
You know how to create a pleasant and welcoming environment for the restaurant guests, and the employees feel support and professional communication.
You are a receptive, demanding, purposeful, responsible and diligent person, able to set goals for yourself.
You have the talent to effectively and practically organize time and other resources needed for work.
You understand and can communicate in English (Russian or another foreign language would be an advantage).
