At Chili Pizza restaurants, we are currently actively implementing changes in the field of quality management. The quality of food and service is our promise to our guests. Our goal is to create pleasant experiences for our restaurant guests through excellent environment, service and food. For this purpose, we are looking for motivated colleagues with experience in the restaurant business who are ready to manage Chili Pizza restaurants.
In your daily work you:
In your daily work you:
- you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant, the experience of guests and employees;
- you will form and develop the restaurant team. If necessary, you will search and select personnel;
- you will plan and monitor the performance indicators of the restaurant. Together with the team, you will achieve common goals;
- you will ensure compliance with food and service quality standards;
- you will provide reports in the prescribed form and other documents necessary to ensure the continuity of operations.
We expect you to:
- you have accumulated at least 2 years of managerial work experience;
- you understand the specifics of restaurant operations, you are ready to delve into new processes and systems;
- you have excellent computer literacy skills;
- you have successful experiences/accomplishments in the restaurant business and you can name them.
