Valdovai restaurant is looking for an experienced and ambitious restaurant manager.
- Effective organization and control of restaurant employees' work;
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant;
- Ensuring high service and production standards;
- Team formation and motivation;
- Preparation, systematization, storage and submission of documents related to the managed restaurant to the responsible departments;
- Responsible and prompt performance of assigned tasks;
- Carry out financial and economic accounting of the restaurant;
- Achieving and implementing financial goals.
Employee requirements
- Management experience in the restaurant business (at least 3 years);
- Good organizational and time planning skills;
- Team building and motivational skills;
- Quick orientation, sense of ownership;
