We are looking for a responsible, positive, motivating and involved manager in a restaurant in the heart of Vilnius.
We expect the manager to:
Work takes place full time, 12 o'clock. in shifts on different days of the week.
We expect the manager to:
- Comprehensive support for the team - being an example to colleagues;
- Continuous support of the highest level of service;
- Disruptive training and adaptation process of new team members;
- Greater attention to restaurant visitors;
- Smooth reservation management;
- New ideas and suggestions on how to improve existing systems;
- Being a leader;
- Viewing all details (sufficient amount of products, inventory, etc.)
