Employee requirements
- Higher education (management, marketing, communication, etc.);
- at least 2 years of similar work experience (retail trade marketing would be an advantage);
- experience in implementing successful marketing projects;
- successful experience of working with loyalty projects would be a great advantage;
- strategic thinking, negotiation skills, organizational abilities;
- creativity, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, leadership skills;
- analytical thinking, positivity, quick reaction, organization, communication, flexibility, resistance to stress, initiative, ability to work on several projects at the same time and set priorities, honesty.
