Your responsibilities:
- Initiate and implement marketing strategies;
- Set tasks and goals for cooperation with creative, digital marketing, media planning and PR agencies.
- Control the financial planning of projects;
- Develop and present real estate brands;
- Perform market analysis of company projects;
- Follow and analyze the activities of competitors;
- Communicate through social media platforms.
Our expectations and what we are looking for:
- A marketing and communication specialist who understands digital marketing;
- A person with an education in the field of communication;
- A person with at least four years of practical experience in the marketing and communication sectors, who was able to turn ideas into tangible results;
- A team member who is full of new ideas and is determined to implement them;
- A specialist with experience in the real estate sector;
- A person who is familiar with both the preparation of press releases and the creation of social media content.
