Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Head of Marketing and Sales Promotion Group to the Šiaulių bankas group team, who is ready to work in a team, together make decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• I will plan and implement the strategic initiatives of the marketing and communication department;
• Plan, initiate and manage assigned projects;
• You will be responsible for marketing and sales promotion group projects, budget, performance evaluation, change management;
• You will coordinate and help the growth of the marketing and sales promotion group team, you will develop its competences, evaluate the results, inspire and protect yourself;
• You will ensure the implementation of the assigned activities on time, within the budget and in the agreed scope;
• You will ensure proper project documentation, resource and risk management and effective communication with interested parties;
• I cooperated intensively with colleagues from other departments internally and with external partners;
• You will quickly and efficiently solve emerging problematic situations;
• You will apply the best project management practices and methodologies.

To be #closer, you will need:

• At least 5 years of marketing project management experience (in the field of finance – an advantage);
• At least 3 years of management experience for a team of 5-8 people;
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of strategic marketing, multi-channel marketing strategy, customer journey and experience, brand, ATL, BTL, digital advertising, external communication;
• Ability to easily communicate and collaborate at various levels of stakeholders;
• Ability to think critically and creatively and manage large amounts of information simultaneously;
• Ability to present, speak publicly, represent one's field at internal and external meetings and events;
• Critical and analytical thinking, high orientation towards the result;
• Good (not below B2) reading, writing and communication skills in English;
• Excellent working with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project), JIRA program management skills.
