Nature of work
- Monitor and analyze the competitive environment of the Lithuanian financial market, ongoing changes and adjust marketing actions accordingly
- Plan and implement sales promotion measures
- Initiate and supervise advertising campaigns, analyze their results and provide reports
- Collaborate with departmental team and external agencies to ensure implementation of brand strategy and advertising campaigns
- Administer websites and contribute to the creation of engaging content on social networks
- Consult organizations belonging to the group on marketing issues
Requirements
- At least 2 years of marketing and/or work experience related to the specified functions
- Higher education in marketing, marketing or similar field
- Initiative, attentiveness and creativity - ideas are born for you here and now, and their implementation does not cause difficulties
- Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to create promotional layouts using Canva or Photoshop software
- Fluent and correct expression of thoughts in Lithuanian orally and in writing (English is an advantage)
- Ability to maintain and develop a website (optimization of the page, improvement of user browsing experience, increase of conversions)
- Interest in the latest marketing trends
