Marketing Project Manager

Nature of work

We are currently looking for several colleagues to play an important role in the development of our marketing initiatives and to share these and other activities.

  • You will organize remote and live events for teachers, where we will share tips, good practices, and hear insights from the education community.
  • You will create written and visual content for social media and other channels that reflects our commitment to the community and ensure effective dissemination.
  • You will organize the development and production of marketing materials.
  • You will coordinate and implement different campaigns that will include digital and traditional marketing and fully present our products to customers.
  • You will analyze the needs of existing and potential customers, consumer trends, and the market. Every customer is unique and we believe that understanding their needs is the key to success.
  • You will use CRM tools and help grow our customer community.
  • You will create brand awareness campaigns and take care of their implementation. We're making a difference and we're inviting you to help us get the word out to school communities.

Employee requirements

We expect you to:
  • you are friendly, proactive, organized, creative and attentive;
  • you have professional experience in the field of marketing;
  • you like and are able to write various types of texts;
  • you have good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and advertising management tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google ads, etc.);
  • you successfully collect, organize and analyze data from various sources;
  • you have a higher/higher education in marketing, business, communication or similar fields;
  • you speak and write Lithuanian fluently, knowledge of English is essential;
  • you are able to work in a dynamic environment, manage several projects at the same time, work independently or in a team.
