The Lumont group of companies, engaged in the development and management of real estate, is looking for an experienced and motivated marketing manager to develop and strengthen the communication strategy of ongoing projects.

Key Features:
● Development, planning and implementation of the company's image and sales promotion strategy;
● Marketing budget planning and execution;
● Creation, organization, analysis of effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
● High-quality creation of group content communication in social networks (planning and development) and management (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram);
● Tracking market needs, trends, changes, generating new ideas;
● Consulting company managers on marketing and sales strategic issues;
● Cooperation with printing houses, advertising agencies, mass media.

Employee requirements
● Higher education (management, marketing, communication, etc.);
● At least 3 years of work experience in implementing successful marketing projects;
● Knowledge of various marketing methods;
● Experience in working with Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, and other online marketing channels;
● Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, organizational abilities;
● Excellent computer literacy;
● Excellent English knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
● Positivity, communication, initiative and the ability to work on several projects at the same time;
● Driver's license.
