Tasks:
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote sales of the company's products;
- Organize the company's marketing initiatives in the main retail chains and beyond;
- Maintain and develop relations with market partners;
- Participate in the process of creating and curating materials for marketing campaigns;
- Analyze campaign results and market data and provide insights and reports to improve the effectiveness and results of marketing activities;
- Create presentations of the results of advertising campaigns, as well as the market situation and insights of the products sold;
- Using the obtained insights, consistently seek to improve the company's sales strategies;
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common sales goals.
Requirements:
- Higher university education in marketing, business, communication or relevant fields.
- 2 years experience in trade marketing, brand/product management or related position.
- Experience in the food or FMCG industry would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior.
- Creativity and intelligence;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills when working with both internal and external customers;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently or collaboratively;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools. Experience with Nielsen data analysis would be a strong plus;
- Proficiency in English (oral and written). Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage;
- Driver's licence B category.
