Nature of work

MB Biceps is a food supplement seller operating in the Baltic countries. We have big ambitions, and as the company grows, we are looking for a creative person who we will allow to implement his communication ideas.
What will be your responsibilities:
  • Content and communication input generation, action planning and strategy implementation in social networks and outdoor advertising;
  • Cooperation with designers, agencies or other partners and order their services;
  • Communication with opinion makers;
  • Organization of photo sessions: communication with photographers, logistics of products and props, participation in photo sessions, selection of photos after photo sessions, etc.;
  • Organization of video sessions: communication with videographers, preparation of the daily plan, participation in video sessions, logistics of products and props, coordination of the final result;
  • Communication in response to messages on social networks;

  • You write well in Lithuanian and feel that you are realizing your best talent;
  • Has knowledge of digital communication and knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, social networking options for brand communication;
  • You are able to work independently, in a dynamic environment, you learn quickly;
  • Able to analyze data, paying particular attention to results and accuracy;
  • You know how to plan time and have project management skills (you can coordinate the work of partners, meet deadlines and ensure high quality);
  • Advantage: video creation experience, reels/stories, videos for social media;
  • Advantage: experience working with graphic design programs;
