Maintenance of social networks (uploading of news, promotions, etc.);
Preparation of commercial offers according to customer categories;
"Refining" target customer groups and presenting them to the sales department;
Ensuring effective relations with clients ('back' communication, analysis of failed transactions, answers in social networks);
Planning and coordination of marketing campaigns together with partners;
Analysis of the competitive environment (pricing);
Analysis of "reverse" communication and customer satisfaction with services.
Employee requirements
At least 3 years of marketing/sales experience;
Technical product marketing/sales experience (B/B,B/C) especially construction goods sales or marketing experience would be an advantage;
Diligence and really fast pace of work;
Excellent ability to communicate and work in a team;
Innovativeness;
Planning and organizational skills;
Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
Excellent working skills in MS Office (Excel pivot is important).
