We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish related to audits, risk management, and/or compliance management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects with competing priorities, providing leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, and driving successful outcomes that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. Also, we are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish related to audits, risk management, and/or compliance management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects with competing priorities, providing leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, and driving successful outcomes that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. Also, we are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.
Your key responsibilities:
- Oversee projects from start to finish related to audits, risk management, and/or compliance management;
- Be responsible for project deliverables, timetables, risks, and challenges;
- Communicate across stakeholders and manage end-to-end projects;
- Cooperate between different organisation levels/units;
- Create and monitor project plans and schedules, setting-up communications and meetings, and provide accurate information about project status;
- Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on complex global projects with multiple teams involved;
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from initiation to closure;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions;
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall;
- Project Management certification, such as PMP, CISA, CompTIA+, or other relevant ones, years of experience therein is required;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English;
- Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
