As a Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying threats to the organization's operations, finances, and reputation, while also developing strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring resilience and compliance with regulations.

As a Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying threats to the organization's operations, finances, and reputation, while also developing strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring resilience and compliance with regulations.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the risk function within the company – mapping and maintaining the risk taxonomy as the company grows, conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats to the organization's operations, and fostering a culture of risk awareness and accountability;
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures, such as Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, ICT management, and ensure compliance with relevant legal acts and regulatory requirements;
- Work with department heads and senior management to assess risks specific to their areas of operation and develop tailored risk mitigation plans, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures;
- Respond to regulatory inquiries, execute and remediate audits and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to stay abreast of best practices and industry standards;
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and the board of directors on the organization's risk profile and mitigation efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services sector (ideally in a financial institution);
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
- Knowledge of crypto-regulated frameworks would be an advantage.
