ACTIVELY INTERESTED IN VINTAGE FASHION AND ITS TRENDS;
KNOWS CLOTHING BRANDS VERY WELL;
CAN DISTINGUISH FABRIC (natural and synthetic);

Nature of work - sorting of vintage goods.
If you are actively interested in Vintage fashion, brands, are able to distinguish between natural and synthetic fabrics, if you are familiar with sustainability ideas, then we kindly invite you to join our team! We will teach you to appreciate quality and revive a used item for a second "life", we will offer excellent working conditions.
We are looking for a colleague for permanent full-time work.
Our team members have the opportunity not only to earn money, but also to contribute to sustainability, and they can also purchase items they like at an employee discount.
The trip to/from work can be very cool, because the company's buses run from the city of Vilnius (including New Vilnius), Elektrėnai, Vievi, Šalčininkai, Eišiškii, Jašiūnai, so it can be a great opportunity to chat with colleagues.
Work in two shifts: morning shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., evening shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Shifts change every other week. Weekends and holidays are free.

During the trial period, the salary is EUR 1135, before taxes, and after the trial period - EUR 1237, before taxes;

Salary
1237 €/mon. gross
During the trial period (3 months), a salary of EUR 1,135, before taxes, is paid, and at the end of the trial period - EUR 1,237, before taxes.
In addition to the basic salary, a bonus is paid every month, depending on the amount of sorted production.
A productivity promotion bonus of EUR 80 is paid every month, excluding taxes.
Bonuses are paid for working the evening shift.
