Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Investor Relations Analyst[/b] to the Šiaulių bankas team, who is ready to work in a team and make joint decisions , to achieve the set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• I monitor and analyze financial markets, trends in the financial sector and the competitive environment in order to provide insights and recommendations to the management;
• I will initiate and organize projects ensuring the dissemination of relevant information to investors;
• Communicate with the Bank's investors, analysts, answer their questions;
• You will monitor the published information of comparable companies;
• I will coordinate the preparation processes of the Bank's announcements and presentations to investors and prepare their content;
• Initiate and ensure the implementation of information disclosure good practices;
• Manage investor relations databases, contact lists and other related documents;
• You will manage the information on the Bank's website, ensuring the quality and relevance of the content for investors.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Have experience working in at least one of the following areas: relations with investors, investment banking, project management and organization, financial analytics, business consulting/acquisitions/mergers;
• Have analytical and problem-solving skills, great attention to detail;
• To be in-depth and interested in the communication of results and plans prepared by companies;
• Be able to clearly and concisely present complex financial information, perform financial analyses;
• Take personal responsibility, be proactive, plan your activities perfectly;
• Be able to summarize, interpret and clearly communicate complex information;
• Be able to work effectively in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities at the same time;
• Be able to speak and write perfectly in English and Lithuanian;
• Have excellent working skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
• Higher education in finance, mathematics, economics, management or similar fields.
