We will trust you:
- collecting and managing the needs (expectations) of interested parties,
- analysis, structuring, preparation of implementation schedules and their management of the Company's obligations to Municipalities,
- participation in consultations and meetings with interested parties,
- examination of letters, complaints, requests and statements of interested parties, preparation of answers to them, according to competence,
- constant communication about the progress of projects, ongoing and completed projects,
- analysis of roads of state significance and preparation of proposals regarding assets managed by the Company in trust (district roads of state significance),
- making proposals to the Company's management and structural units regarding the development or improvement of systems, processes, improvement of methodologies, as well as regarding the improvement of relevant legal acts,
- registration, management and storage of documentation related to implemented functions,
- preparation of reports.
It's great if you:
- has a university degree (in the field of construction engineering - an advantage),
- able to fluently and logically present ideas in writing and orally,
- you are a cooperative, diplomatic and communicative person,
- has excellent computer skills,
- you know construction technical regulations, normative documents and other legal acts governing the design and construction of roads and their structures, and being able to apply them in practice is a big advantage,
- able to analyze and summarize information, able to independently plan and organize your work, fluently convey ideas in writing and orally,
- you have a good knowledge of document preparation and electronic document management, clerical rules.
