Nature of work
- Active sales development in the HoReCa channel in Lithuania (work with gas station chains, restaurants, hotels, spa centers and export clients);
- Active sales development and search for opportunities in the public sector (hospitals, kindergartens, schools);
- Special attention to the gas station channel segment;
- Cooperation with existing HoReCa clients;
- Presentation of products and organization of tastings for customers;
- Conducting negotiations, organizing sales promotion programs;
- Analysis of the competitive environment (activities, assortment, pricing);
- Preparation of commercial offers and contracts;
- Billing control.
Our expectations for a colleague
- Successful work experience of active sales in HoReCa sector, public procurement sector and export markets;
- Experience in sales, providing solutions that meet the client's needs;
- Ability to search and find opportunities, generate ideas and develop them successfully;
- Orientation to results, efficiency, organization, initiative, responsibility;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to communicate in English and/or Russian;
- Driver's license.
