During a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Prospect and identify potential B2B clients through outbound initiatives and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Tailor sales pitches and proposals to address client needs and pain points.
  • Overcome objections and guide clients through the final stages towards closure.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize revenue with existing clients.
  • Onboard new clients and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure precise documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Control the full-cycle sales process.
  • And other tasks.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Higher education
  • 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience as a sales executive, business development manager, or a related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and English language skills.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-motivation, results-driven approach, and enjoyment of the entire sales process.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the health, beauty, and supplements industry is a must.
  • Availability to work 14:00-23:00 (EET).


Salary

1300-1600 €/mon. net
Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
