Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join Glassbel team. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, analyzing inquiries and quotes, preparing contracts, conducting market analysis, generating new leads, and representing the company in various capacities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client relationship management – constant communication with current clients of the company to ensure timely support. Manage and oversee the entire sales project lifecycle, from initial client consultation to negotiation of contracts.
  • Inquiry Analysis - checking and evaluating project requests received from clients so they meet company set criteria for the preferred project.
  • Quote Analysis - internal discussions between the sales and other departments, such as the Quality Department and Project Management, Top Management etc. to ensure the offered service/product meets client and company expectations.
  • Contract Preparation - kick off meeting with Client, checking all annexes (including technical and quality spec.), internal meeting and handover.
  • Market Analysis and Monitoring - continuous communication with other parties working in the same market segment e.g. glass suppliers. Tracking market changes and trends using online tools.
  • Generate new leads - identifying business opportunities by finding prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales potential based on internal policies.
  • Company Representation - proactively visiting clients in their facilities, participating in exhibitions, events etc.
  • Sales Plan Fulfillment - constant cooperative work with C level management preparing and implementing sales plans and market strategies that are in line with companies strategic plan.
  • Reporting - prepare weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports.

  • At least 3 years of experience in developing long-term business relationships in the B2B sector;
  • Excellent English knowledge;
  • Ability to identify client needs and find individual solutions for each client;
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to formulate long-term team goals.;
  • Strong negotiation, sales, effective communication and active listening skills;
  • Willingness to travel as needed;
  • Goal-oriented mindset, ability to motivate and inspire colleagues;
  • Responsibility, high ambitions, strategic thinking and ability to quickly adapt to changes.

Salary

2000 €/mon. net
Upon achievement of the set goals, bonuses of an agreed amount are paid in addition to the fixed salary.
