Are you a dynamic and motivated sales professional with a technical background in metal applications or tools? Do you have a passion for acquiring new customers and expanding market share? If so, we want you to join our team as a Sales Manager for our Klaipeda subsidiary.

Our client is a subsidiary of a renowned German company, specializing in providing top-quality manufacturing services. Their goal is to significantly increase their market presence in the Baltic region, with a particular focus on the metal industry. They are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts and drive growth across multiple target sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers and expand market share in the target sectors (wood Industry, leather Industry, plastic Industry, metal Industry (most important), shipbuilding Industry, textile Industry, building Industry, food Industry, glass Industry, machinery Industry, floor sanding, car repair, with a primary focus on the metal industry).
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate diverse industries.
  • Maintain continuous presence and engagement in the Baltic market.
  • Collaborate with the back-office team in Klaipeda and report to the Sales Manager in Germany.

Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably with a technical background in metal applications or tools.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with existing clients and attract new ones in the Baltic countries.
  • Skills in market analysis and identification of new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a practical approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently as the sole salesperson in Klaipeda.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In addition:
  • Demonstrated initiative, planning, and organizational skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Possesses excellent organizational and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English and comfortable communicating in English in a professional setting.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations.

Salary

2500-4500 €/mon. gross
Fixed salary plus additional bonuses depending on your performance.
