Who we are:
UAB "Amis Projects" focuses on providing skilled manpower solutions for industrial and shipbuilding projects. We have a dedicated team of approximately 100 highly qualified workers. From welding and fitting to HVAC, we deliver high-quality services and ensure our clients' satisfaction. We plan to expand, increase sales and volumes, and grow our company.
We expect that you will:
- Actively seek new clients and offer services in construction and shipbuilding, focusing on acquiring business clients across Europe.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer support.
- Develop commercial proposals, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure project goals are achieved.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs.
- Continuously analyze the market and competitors, monitor industry trends, and identify business opportunities and threats.
We hope that you have:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in construction or shipbuilding services in the European market.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Motivation and capability of organize work independently and to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to gather and disseminate critical information.

Base salary: 1500-1800 €/month net, depending on experience and qualifications.
Additionally, a performance-based bonus is available (successful salespeople typically earn €2000 or more).
