Key responsibilities
- Monitoring of global defence tenders, preparation of required bid documentation;
- Close collaboration and assistance to senior sales & business development managers in their everyday tasks;
- Management of international projects and complex agreements;
- Invoicing, coordination of order delivery, contact maintenance;
- Supporting marketing process with promotional activities including, but not limited to marketing material, trade shows and exhibitions, field trials and customer visits.
What we expect
- Attention to details and passion for learning;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision;
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications;
- English language skills C1 level;
- Clean records. The selected candidate will have to obtain permission to work with classified information and will be required to submit a medical certificate form 049a (a medical examination certificate same as the one necessary for a permit to acquire a weapon).
