Your role in the Amber Furniture team will be invaluable! You will be responsible for the following important tasks:
- Team formation, education and motivation in order to create a strong team focused on achieving the company's goals;
- Assortment and sales analysis, order planning and coordination in order to effectively manage the sales process;
- Smooth organization of salon work and proper image formation, meeting the company's standards;
- Ensuring high-quality customer service and sales process in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction;
- Achieving set goals by planning and achieving strategic and operational goals in salon activities;
- Preparation of reports related to the department's activities, ensuring effective evaluation of the salon's performance.
We hope you:
- You have a university or higher education;
- You have experience of managerial work in the field of trade (retail trade is an advantage);
- You are result-oriented and have strong planning and leadership skills;
- You are involved and feel responsible for your decisions;
- You are interested in interior design;
- You have excellent computer skills (MS Office, corporate accounting programs);
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently (Russian is an advantage).
