The axis of our successful projects is your self-calculated project estimate in search of advanced solutions for profitable and efficient project implementation. Join our team if you are ready to:

general preparation and analysis of estimates for construction works according to the best market prices;
preparation of commercial/tender offers and documentation;
examination and analysis of design and technical documentation;
search for the most economically useful technical solutions;
survey of suppliers of services and building materials, market analysis of offers, prices;
analysis and archiving of completed projects.

The experience we expect:

you have already prepared more than one estimate and you like it;
has experience in drawing up general estimates of construction works and knows construction processes;
able to read and analyze technical documentation;
has a higher education in construction, engineering or a related field;
able to communicate and cooperate with other team members and suppliers of materials and services;
wants to develop and improve;
able to creatively solve problems and look for innovative solutions;
knowledge of English would be an advantage;
Prosama software usage skills would be an advantage;
thoroughness and precision are the characteristics that define you.
