Nature of work

  • Making estimates using Sistela, Prosama, Exel, Odoo programs;
  • Calculation and preparation of work estimates and documentation for tenders;
  • Acknowledgment of completed works;
  • Accumulation and analysis of information on the prices of materials and services, understanding, research and analysis of the price level in the construction market;
  • Direct communication with suppliers of materials and services (for separate calculated parts);
  • Analysis, evaluation and summarization of technical and design documentation;
  • Finding the most economically useful technical solutions;
  • Analysis, verification and preparation of calculations of the number of magazines in the project documentation;
  • Ability to read technical specifications and select materials and equipment based on them.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience as an estimator;
  • You have a higher engineering - technical education;
  • You work with the estimate calculation program "Sistela", "Prosama", etc.;
  • Communicability, responsibility, diligence;
  • Interest in the latest construction and engineering technologies and management systems;
  • Good computer skills (especially MS Excel, Word, advantage AutoCad).
