Nature of work
- Efficient and high-quality organization of warehouse and logistics work;
- Ensuring an orderly and safe working environment;
- Analysis, optimization and improvement of warehouse operations and processes;
- Team development, coordination, engagement promotion;
- Reporting;
- Coordination of logistics processes: ordering transport as needed, distribution of directions, reception of incoming cargo;
- Coordinate the storage processes of incoming/outgoing raw materials;
- Perform document administration;
- Solving problems and other tasks related to warehouse operations.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of management experience (warehousing, logistics);
- Ability to solve problems constructively;
- Experience in training and motivating employees;
- Organization, responsibility, initiative;
- Strong management and leadership skills;
- Independence and result orientation.
