Your main responsibilities:

  • Efficient and high-quality organization of warehouse and logistics work;
  • Assignment of tasks to subordinate warehouse and logistics workers (5 persons);
  • Coordination of logistics processes: ordering transport according to need, distribution of directions, reception of incoming cargo;
  • Coordinate the storage processes of incoming/outgoing raw materials;
  • Organize and participate in raw materials warehouse inventories;
  • Perform document administration;
  • Solving problems and other tasks related to warehouse operations.

All manufactured products are exported to Germany, every week a truck regularly leaves the company with manufactured products and returns with raw materials the same week. The loading and unloading locations are always the same. If the production volume is larger or the unloading and/or loading locations are irregular, additional transport is ordered (from cooperating companies).

Your success in this position will be ensured by:

  • Higher or higher education (transportation, management, logistics);
  • Similar work experience. Experience in a manufacturing company would be a strong advantage;
  • Computer work with MS "Office" programs;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, planning and leadership skills;
  • Responsibility, initiative, ability to work in a team;
  • Knowledge of English or German would be an advantage;
  • Forklift license or practical experience with a forklift would be an advantage.
