You will be responsible for:
- Organization of smooth activities of warehouse workers;
- Ensuring efficient storage, selection and dispatch of goods in compliance with internal procedures and/or customer service standards;
- Preparing shift reports, filling out work time sheets and providing periodic reports to managers;
- Ensuring proper operation, security and accounting of warehouse equipment, machinery and other work tools;
- Analysis of warehouse processes, provision and implementation of conclusions and suggestions for improvement of operations.
We expect you to have:
- Experience in organizing warehouse work;
- Good computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word);
- Experience in working with warehouse management systems (AXA, Quantum, Equinox, etc.) would be an advantage;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, responsibility, analytical thinking;
- Knowledge of English and/or Russian (would be an advantage).
