Main tasks
Plan, organize and control the work of Raw Materials Warehouse employees (storekeepers, forklift drivers, auxiliary workers) during unloading, loading, issuing to the Production Department, transporting between warehouses and accounting for material values.
Ensure timely and correct accounting of material values in the "Pragma" program.
Ensure timely and correct submission of initial receipt and issuance documents to the Accounting Department.
Maintain order in the Raw Materials warehouse.
Comply with the company's quality requirements for raw materials.
Organize and participate in inventories of the Raw Materials warehouse.
Conducting meetings for raw materials warehouse employees, evaluating them, solving work-related problems.
Follow direct supervisor's instructions.
Make suggestions to the direct manager regarding the improvement of warehouse operations, improvement of the accounting program.
Fill out the timesheets and payroll accounts of the employees of your department.

Employee requirements
Higher Education.
1 year of similar work experience in a manufacturing company (wood/furniture manufacturing - an advantage).
Excellent communication, organizational, planning and leadership skills.
Responsibility, initiative, teamwork.
Work with a computer using MS "Office" programs.
Learning to work with the accounting program "Pragma" is an advantage.
