We invite you to join the team of the warehouse complex opened in 2023. The new warehouse can hold as many as 4,617 pallets of our products, and it uses the Toyota RadioShuttle pallet storage system, which allows you to store a large number of pallets in a small space. Production from UPS and other packaging machines operating at AKVATERA LT, UAB goes directly to the warehouse using the newly integrated pallet transportation system, and in the warehouse itself, the pallets of goods are transported by the latest 2022 Toyota forklifts.

Responsibilities:
- Effective planning, organization and control of warehouse operations.
- Ensuring timely and correct accounting in the warehouse management program.
- Analysis, optimization and improvement of warehouse operations and processes.
- Team development, coordination, engagement promotion.
- Solving problems and initiating preventive actions.
- Budget formation and management.
- Active cooperation with other departments.
For successful work you will need:
- At least 4 years of experience in organizing warehouse activities and processes.
- Work experience in a digitized warehouse.
- Experience in implementing and applying LEAN processes.
- Good planning and operational management skills.
- Systematic thinking with a strong orientation to the result.
- Communication and change management skills.
- Excellent working skills in MS Office programs.
- Oral and written knowledge of English and Russian.
