Nature of work

  • Effective organization and management of warehouse processes;
  • Ensuring a smooth and high-quality process of receiving, preparing, storing, collecting and sending goods;
  • Organization of department work, team development and motivation;
  • Analysis of warehouse operations and processes and their improvement;
  • Ensuring the proper operation of warehouse equipment, machinery and other work tools;
  • Ensuring work safety.

Employee requirements

  • Experience in warehouse operations, 3PL would be an advantage;
  • Team management experience;
  • Experience of working with modern warehouse management tools;
  • LEAN thinking;
  • Excellent planning and performance management skills;
  • Analytical business-oriented thinking;
  • Ability to manage, motivate the team to achieve common goals.
