- Effective organization and management of warehouse processes;

Employee requirements
- Work experience in a manufacturing company would be an advantage.
- Working with warehousing/accounting software would be an advantage.
- Team management experience;
- Experience of working with modern warehouse management tools;
- LEAN thinking;
- Analytical business-oriented thinking;
- Ability to manage, motivate the team to achieve common goals.
- Responsibility, initiative, teamwork.
- excellent planning and performance management skills;
- knowledge of warehouse work process;;
- computer skills;
- knowledge of English/Russian language (advantage)
