WHAT JOBS AWAIT YOU:
- Ensure smooth warehouse work and goods storage processes
- Organize and control the accounting of goods both in -18 degree cold and +4 degree heat warehouses
- Control the reception, flows, loading of goods
- Analyze warehouse content, changes, turnover
- Coordinate and organize inventories in warehouses
- Organize and coordinate the work of subordinate warehouse workers
- Determine the need for new employees, carry out selections, improve the induction process
- Organize the search for warehouse customers, ensure service provision and 100% warehouse occupancy
- Ensure teamwork and productivity of employees
- Provide ideas and initiatives to achieve both common and individual company goals
- Provide ideas for optimization of operational processes
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- At least 1 year of successful work experience in Warehouse / Logistics (distribution) fields
- Strong leadership and work organization competencies
- Knowledge of the organization of warehouse work processes
- Knowledge of English and Russian as an advantage
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Experience in managing a team of up to 50 employees
