You will be responsible for
ensuring uninterrupted operation of the safety subsection;
performance of contractual obligations to customers, in accordance with valid (protection) security and related processes and procedures;
planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling the work of the safety sub-department;
forming a group of subordinate employees;
employee education and training;
organization of employees' work and rest time;
preparation/adjustment of the procedures and processes necessary for the activity;
budget execution control.

- you have practical work experience of successfully leading people;
- you know the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the safety of persons and property;
- you are characterized by flexibility, receptivity and the ability to learn quickly;
- you have excellent computer skills;
- you have an advantage: security guard professional qualification, security guard certificate issued by the Ministry of the Interior.
