Nature of work:
- Organization of physical security work for assigned commercial objects;
- Maintaining and developing constant contact with existing and potential clients;
- Employee selection, work organization and control;
- Completing reports.
Employee requirements:
- 2 years of experience in the market of security services (experience in organizing security in shopping centers is an advantage);
- Personnel management experience (at least 30 - 45 people);
- Orientation to the result, qualitative achievements;
- Good computer skills;
- Responsibility, initiative, organization;
- Driver's license.
