MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- carry out and coordinate the implementation of aviation security activities, processes, procedures at Lithuanian airports;
- ensure adequate and timely updating of Aviation security programs in all branches of Lithuanian airports on the basis of national and aviation security legal regulations, taking into account changing international standards and regulations;
- provide suggestions and consultations to the company's employees related to ensuring aviation security requirements;
- coordinate aviation security equipment procurement projects;
- to coordinate development and expansion projects of the infrastructure necessary for aviation security activities;
- develop and expand the network of partners participating in security activities;
- strive for international cooperation, experience exchange and adaptation in Lithuanian airports.
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- knowledge of aviation security and national security assurance measures and processes;
- familiarization with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU, which regulate civil aviation and the activities of airports;
- work experience in the field of security (advantage – in the aviation sector);
- not less than 3 years. project management experience;
- strong analytical skills, result orientation, cooperation skills;
- higher education (advantage – in the fields of aviation, law, management, etc.);
- English language skills (at least B1 level);
- document management experience, clerical knowledge;
- compliance with the requirements of an impeccable reputation and the requirements established in legal acts, which are necessary when issuing a work permit or access to classified information, marked with the secrecy mark "Secrets" and the requirements according to the Aviation Law of the Republic of Lithuania.

A variable part of the salary is paid, depending on the achievement of personal and organizational goals (up to 15% of the annual salary).
