- Coordination of volunteer activities in various projects;
- Adequate performance assurance - organization of volunteer training, preparation of volunteers' on-call schedules, constant communication with volunteers, various administrative tasks;
- Selection of volunteers according to need, introduction, motivation and community building activities;
- Freedom of action in creating volunteer coordination processes.
We need you, if you will
- You sincerely want to contribute to the Red Cross mission in Lithuania;
- An advantage if you have experience of volunteer work or working with volunteers;
- You know English and Russian;
- You are able to work independently, organized and structured, you are proactive;
- You quickly orient yourself and adapt to various situations;
- Communication, cooperation and teamwork skills.
