We are currently inviting a Secretariat specialist (New logistics center in Lentvary) to join our team.


Nature of work

• Assisting managers
• Coordination of the manager's agenda
• Organization of business meetings and events
• Effective management and systematization of information flows
• Preparation of presentations, documents
• Ensuring smooth internal communication
• Carrying out secretarial tasks (taking calls, distributing correspondence, organizing business trips)

Requirements for the candidate

• Knowledge of English (B1 and higher level)
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Organizational skills, quick orientation
• Experience in administrative work is an advantage
• Higher Education
• Possibility to work in the logistics center in Kaunas during the study period (travel expenses will be reimbursed)
