Key responsibilities
๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ - Mentor and develop team members, provide ongoing feedback to ensure individual and team success, provide strong leadership and guidance to the AML team

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CAMS) is a plus
- Proven experience in AML compliance, with a focus on leadership and departmental management
- Strong understanding of AML laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
