Responsibilities:
As the Senior Living Receptionist, you will be the friendly face and driving force behind creating an engaging and supportive community for our members. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Engage with guests, address inquiries, and provide support for a positive experience;
- Ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences for residents;
- Plan and execute community events, fostering a vibrant atmosphere;
- Contribute to the community calendar, assist with property inspections, and handle administrative tasks efficiently;
- Showcase leadership by managing and motivating a dynamic team for a lively community spirit;
- Demonstrate good English language skills; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who embodies the spirit of community and possesses the following qualifications:
- Higher education;
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries with a positive attitude;
- Strong organizational skills to actively participate in planning events and manage various tasks efficiently;
- At least 1 year's previous experience in reception and customer service roles;
- Willingness to take on administrative and analytical assignments and contribute to marketing and sales strategies;
- Availability across various working shifts;
- Previous experience in sales or team management would be a plus.
