The opportunity
When you join EY Law team, you’ll be a catalyst for change and solution-seeker, propelling businesses forward by turning legal complexities into streamlined solutions that allow industries to operate smoothly and efficiently.
Your key responsibilities
- Heading and advising on business transactions, performing legal due diligences, resolving business disputes.
- Providing comprehensive assistance services in transactions, corporate and commercial law for the company's clients.
- Work together with an exceptional team of law experts in the field of merges & acquisitions, real estate, employment, tax, finance, etc.
- Provide legal and business advice to financial institutions, as well as identify legal and business requirements.
- Directly contribute to the implementation of regulatory requirements into the compliance frameworks and operational procedures of financial institutions, by delivering on-site projects in close cooperation with the clients’ first and second lines of defense.
Attributes to thrive in the role
- Bachelor’s and master’s degree in law.
- At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Curiosity and keeping up with the law developments.
- Strong commitment and an aspiration for professional and career development in legal consulting services.
- Being responsible, punctual, polite, and accurate.
- Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
