You will be in charge of:
- Preparation of the technological part of the ship project according to the project needs (internal layout, arrangement of technological equipment, communication).
- Leading the team of draftsmen, mentoring and supervision of their work.
- Planning and management of design work and workload within the team.
- Communication with customers, contractors, designers.
- Preparation of competition material for design work.
- Improving the current design practices and standard work.
We expect You have:
- Have higher education in engineering.
- Have experience of similar project management work and work experience with high value projects.
- Are experienced in working with 2D and 3D software.
- Are fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Are familiar with production processes and can assimilate new technological solutions.
- To have leadership skills and be a team-player with an ability to work independently focusing on the results and great attention to details.
- Are initiative, responsible, accurate, diligent personality with logical thinking skills.
- Able to share your experience with the team.
