KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carrying out daily different tasks and solving questions at the team level;
- Review, continuous improvement, automation of payroll and personnel administration processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency;
- Team supervision (2-4 persons);
- Participation in the installation and improvement of systems, cooperation with suppliers of existing systems (Paskata, Reflexis, Document management system);
- Participation in the creation, development, testing and maintenance of payroll and personnel administration processes;
- Payroll calculation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of total working time accounting, salary calculation;
- Higher education (in management, economics or a similar field);
- Knowledge of the Labor Code and legal acts governing time accounting, payroll and personnel administration;
- Knowledge of document preparation and management requirements;
- English spoken and written (B2);
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll and/or personnel administration;
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a team;
- High sense of responsibility, initiative and problem solving skills;
- Experience in working with payroll, timekeeping, personnel administration systems (Paskata, Reflexis, Document management system - would be an advantage);
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to make decisions independently and quickly in various situations related to payroll and personnel administration.
